Possesions.
"Possesions do not exist in objects, nor in the senses, nor in the space between, nor anywhere else.
Then where are they, that they torment the whole world?
They are nothing but illusions. So my heart, leave behind your dear and strive towards wisdom.
Why should you put yourself through hell for no reason?" Shantideva.
"One interesting thing about greed is that although the underlying motive is to seek satisfaction, the irony is that even after obtaining the object of your desire you are still not satisfied. the true antidote of greed is contentment." The 14th Dalai Lama.
"From possesiviness is born need.
From non-attachment, satisfaction." Kalu Rinpoche.
