Impermanence

Death strikes so suddenly.  My neighbor and friend passed away yesterday.  I'm shocked; she was so young.  But our lives are so precious, we just never know when our time may come.

So we must practice, today!  Not tomorrow, today.  As if our hair was on fire, for real.  And with our entire hearts.
