An open heart; poison into nectar

I think this is certainly easier said than done, but the words are very wise. Is your heart awakened and opened when you experience grief? I guess the answer is yes, but it feels more like a cracked or burning heart. But being open to love, compassion, joy, etc., that feels like an open heart.

How to integrate? How to turn the peacock's poison into nectar?

In daily life about let there be grief, maybe this make sence:Worries, irritations and so on in interdependency with situations or people is there said: if we can do something; do. If not no worries or irritations will help. Without judgement experience these free from limiting thoughts.When we follow thoughts, the concepts giving birth by them become poison and we swimm in painful movie. Thoughts as temporary soapbells are empty when emotions are getting freedom.As they are only concepts by our own creation by fixating thoughts, we can make them positive.No other one home in the house of the movie than on the play-ground. Turning camera, cut.Thank you Ngawang La, very interesting questions which open contemplations.muni

To show compassion for wounded ones is also compassion for own wounds. No judgement. One day I lost my big dog. He was always with me. I remember to stand on naked feet in the cold and cried for help to save him, to bring him back. But nobody could do so. A while later someone said: "Listen! Do you hear the sounds?" There were no sounds so I listened sharply. By that I gave fully attention. "Do you feel the comfort by this silence?" Silence? Oh yes, the silence between thoughts. "There in between is the energy of love".In that comfort we open our heart and make contact.
